Piyush Patodia

Piyush has 25 years of management consulting experience and is the founder & managing director of Firestorm. Seeing a crucial gap between advice and implementation, Piyush founded Firestorm on the sole principle of helping entrepreneurs achieve their growth plans.
Previously, he was a Partner with Grant Thornton India, advising clients in the areas of Strategy Formulation & Implementation, Business Planning & Reengineering, Industry Studies, and Policy Formulation among others.
He has also worked with the Business Advisory practice of Ernst & Young for five years besides starting and running a BPO (Copal Partners) and a brief stint at Hewitt Associates.

During his consulting career, he has advised a large number of clients, that include both start-up and mature organizations, in conceptualizing their future strategy and planning their next steps.

Piyush has been extensively involved in setting up Universal Weather and
Aviation’s back office setup in India. The center (also known as India
Operating Center) has scaled from an initial proof of concept stage to
approx. 100+ people.

He has been working deeply in the aerospace and defense industry with
manufacturing, MRO, offsets and Government Contracting.
